Generator ATS panels
Transfer solutions for mains–generator systems with source monitoring, generator readiness logic, safe load transfer and clear operating indication.
STAVR provides engineered automatic transfer switch systems for critical power applications: generator ATS panels, LV switchboards with ATS, no-break transfer solutions, UPS and BESS switching, reconstruction and service of existing ATS panels.
In Ukraine, “AVR” is commonly used for automatic transfer systems. In international terminology, this is close to an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), but STAVR treats it not as a single component, but as a complete low-voltage switchgear solution for a real facility.
Transfer solutions for mains–generator systems with source monitoring, generator readiness logic, safe load transfer and clear operating indication.
Integrated incoming and distribution switchboards with reserve power input, protection devices, metering, indication and optional monitoring.
Solutions for applications where the transfer time and transfer logic are critical and must be evaluated together with the sources and the load.
Switching concepts for UPS bypass systems, battery energy storage systems, inverters, generators and critical loads.
Power transfer schemes for mains / generator / generator, mains / mains / generator, two bus sections plus generator and similar architectures.
SPD selection and integration as a part of the complete power supply system, not just as an isolated module in the cabinet.
Incoming, transfer and distribution sections are considered as one coordinated switchgear system.
The operator must clearly understand the source status, transfer state and reason of an event.
Transfer logic is matched with the real source architecture and the required operating priority.
STAVR solutions are intended for facilities where reserve power must be understandable, serviceable and safe in real operating conditions: industrial sites, data rooms, telecom, commercial buildings, infrastructure and private houses with generator or battery backup.
If the existing power part still has a resource, a full cabinet replacement is not always required. Often the correct solution is to upgrade the controller, transfer logic, interlocks, indication and monitoring.
Service includes inspection, functional checks, thermal imaging diagnostics, evaluation of contact joints, controls, protection devices and recommendations for preventive repair.
Old control logic and unclear indication can create operational risk even if the power part is still usable.
The goal is not cosmetic repair, but clear operating logic, serviceability and controlled transfer behaviour.
Service is based on inspection, functional checks and thermal imaging of power connections, protection devices and control circuits.
Thermal inspection helps find overloaded connections, weak contact joints and components that require preventive attention.
